Born in Wales and raised in Portugal with Welsh and Iranian roots, I've embraced a mix of cultures that shape my perspective. Currently based in Portugal, I enjoy a digital nomad lifestyle grounded in climbing, yoga, and surfing. I'm also on the path to becoming a yoga teacher.
